TERMS OF SERVICE
Important on my part!
- everything remains confidential and I do not have the right to distribute the details of your order.
- I can't use art with your character for commerce without your permission (use as YCH)
- I can cancel art before it starts to be created if I think something is wrong.
- I reserve the right to publish the final work in the portfolio, on websites and social networks (if it is not a private work)
- Refunds are possible only before the start of work. After the start of work, refunds are not possible.
- I make only minor edits that correspond to the basic YCH template. Significant changes in pose, composition, etc. are not allowed.
- I do work in the order in which it is received. Urgent work is possible for an additional fee.
- In case of inadequate or aggressive behavior on the part of the buyer, I reserve the right to stop doing the work without a refund.Important on your part!
- you cannot publish the work saying that it is yours.
- you cannot not mention my authorship in posts, etc.
- you cannot resell the work.
- the work can only be used for personal use, - or for commercial use, check with me.
- you have the right to receive WIP during the process of producing art.
- After full payment, the buyer receives the finished work in accordance with the YCH terms.
- In case of delay in execution, the customer will be informed, and the work will be completed within a reasonable time.
- if there are any wishes regarding the deadline, speak in advance so that the artist knows whether you need additional payment (I work without deadlines!)
