By commissioning me? you are agreeing yo the following terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL:
- Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $10 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.PAYMENTS & FEES
- All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform. (PayPal/wise)
- Payments that have already been agreed upon with the commission details for the proposals must be made in full within a week or they will be rejected.
- If you ask me not to publish your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio, a $20 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee will apply.
- The complexity fee ranges from $10 to $100 for all commissions.
- Commercial royalty for work on covers, art and other artistic works is 100% of the amount of the work at the price.REVISIONS
- Preview is available at the sketch, line art, color and all subsequent stages.TERMS AND DELIVERY
- Order fulfillment can take up to 1 month depending on complexity.
- I will inform you of delays.
- If you wish to skip the queue and get priority for one or more people ahead, the fee will be $50. You will need to send me a message directly or indicate in the request form that you wish to receive an expedited fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
*Promote myself and my services.
*Post on social media and in my portfolio.
*Create prints/merchandise (for fan art commissions only).Exceptions:
If a non-disclosure agreement has been purchased, the artwork will not be published or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS- You may cancel your order before payment is made.
- No refunds are available once payment has been received.
- Refunds are strictly prohibited.CUSTOMER RIGHTSYou may:
-Use the artwork for personal use only (unless commercial rights have been purchased).
- Print the artwork for yourself.
- Post it on social media, attributing me as X "@nsfwwithmin".
You CANNOT:
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission.
- Commission artwork/services using my Design/Work.
- Claim the artwork as your own or do not credit me.
- Remove signatures/watermarks.
- Resell or distribute the artwork.
- Change the cover art without my consent.
- Use the cover art purchased for personal use in merchandise, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
